Hi,

I found your blog in a technorati search. I am also interested in Bucky Fuller, and am currently trying out what he called "Dymaxion sleep" which is sleeping every 6 hours for 30 minutes, totalling 2 hours sleep per day. Apparently he did it for 2 years at one point, and eventually stopped because his associates "insisted on sleeping like ordinary men". ;-). I've done another type of polyphasic sleep before called uberman where you sleep for 20 minutes every 4 hours, but this is the first time I've tried it this way and as far as I know I'm the only person to do it since Bucky Fuller.

I don't know if it's the sort of thing you'd be interested in blogging about, but I just thought I'd drop you a line and see if you would be willing to either make a short post linking to my site or maybe blogroll me.

I'm blogging at http://www.paul-bradley.com and also video blogging at http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=d0ctorg0nzo
